Just came across this great wellness app called, eMoods Wellness Tracker. It allows you to monitor your daily habits and wellness to help improve your life. The basic version is free to use, and to upgrade for more features, the fee is minimal ($1.29/month!).
For those of you who love data and would like to track your daily health and wellness progress, this is an awesome little tool!
