Chickens are raised outside with lots of room to forage and are supplemented with certified organic grains, wheat,oats,buckwheat,flax meal,peas and sprouted wheat grass. No medicated or commercial feed is used. No soy or corn. The birds are never forced fed. Raising them slowly renders a juicy and flavourful meat.
