Sean is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach, most recently, he was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Minnesota Wild from 2016-2022.
Prior to joining the Wild, Sean spent 13 seasons as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Anaheim Ducks.
During his time with the Ducks, the team advanced to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2003 and won the 2007 Stanley Cup. In addition to working with NHL players, Sean has also worked with Boston College and the University of North Dakota in the NCAA and has published a book titled Total Hockey Training.

Sean will bring his expertise from working with elite-level players as a Performance Consultant with ISM but will also serve as a client manager in the Mid-West USA.
