Who knew the first day of school would be such a walk in the park!?… Although it came with deep discussion on complex ecological challenges and the role that design plays in impacting our environment.

On that note, I’m excited to share that I’m beginning the journey of obtaining a Master of Design degree at , with .ubco and !

I’m super stoked to see how this program takes shape and grateful to be a part of its inaugural year. It’s off to a great start and was lovely getting to know the cohort and community yesterday! So much inspiration and enthusiasm!!!

Looking forward to adding layers to my artistic practice and finding new ways to work creatively with impact in my community!

I had an amazing time live painting at ‘Art After Dark’ at the this past Friday. It was so wonderful to see the space activate in such a way with live music by .ura and with all the art activities! It was such a great turnout!

I love the process of live painting so much. Having the opportunity to discuss my work while in the stages of development helps me to refine and understand my work better aswell! It’s always a welcome surprise to see what the environment provides for inspiration.

I am so incredibly honoured and excited to share that I will be presenting at ’s conference on Sacred Arts! 🙏

The conference will be focused on “Exploring the Spiritual Dimensions of Artistic Expression and Ritual” which is so deeply resonant with the focus of my work and I look forward to participating in the conversation among fellow artists and scholars of this field!

My presentation is titled “Conversations with Geometry as Sacred Arts Practice” and will be focused on how intuitive geometry serves as a conduit and ritual for perceiving the Sacred.

I’m super stoked to have shared this at the recent .aotl event on March 18. It was an amazing event and so grateful to have been selected to have my work as part of the exhibit!

This working began as a live painting performance as part of album release party last November. Super grateful for that experience, such a good vibe!

I’ve been a bit quiet on here as of late, but have been cooking up some things in the background. Life has been sweet and gentle lately though, and I feel this is also reflected in this painting.
