The Cochrane real estate market remains strong.

In May, 115 homes sold, exceeding both last year’s levels and long-term trends. New listings have increased, but inventory remains tight, with less than three months of supply.

Home prices continue to rise, reaching $576,400, up from $550,800 at the start of the year. While still slightly below last year’s peak, prices continue to gain momentum.
