Homemade is a business. Of course I want it to make money.
Profit lets me pay good people, keep the doors open, invest in new ideas and eventually, yes, pay myself.
But thereās a difference between building a profitable business and extracting every dollar you possibly can from the people helping you build it.
I donāt think community and profit have to be opposites.
I think you just have to decide what enough looks like.
And what youāre willing to give back along the way. š¤
