I got the pleasure of returning to this project to take a few final photos! The 500 sq ft bedroom & ensuite looks fantastic and really updates an older BC box style home. We love the purple color choice in bathroom and master bedroom wall with all the natural light shining in to brighten your mornings :) The double person soaker tub with heated floors also adds great value to this home. With a 5t ft crawlspace underneath this addition adds tons of storage below and makes plumbing/electrical works accessible for future works.

House addition is almost completed ! Super happy the way this turned out and met the owners expectations. Double soaker tub ensuite with heated floors , lots of natural light with high vaulted ceilings that have high R value spray foam in the ceiling to keep the space warm. Deep 5 ft heated Crawlspace for storage. We eventually agreeded to opened up the existing space to blend the two spaces to feel more integrated with one another 🙂

Progress update ! Draintile / storm / backfill and Crawlspace slab have been completed ☑️ next Framing ! Feels good to save our client costs by providing in-house services 🙂

No colours anymore I want them to turn black ! 🎵 All jokes aside this job is progressing nicely ! Next week drain tile and slab prep! 🎉

Excavation has started on our new house addition project ! It was the tightest fit getting the excavator out of the backyard but we managed to get it done while getting a tan ☀️ stay tuned !

Excited to see this one start framing stage. Tyler and I worked countless hours to build his dream home! 4 bedroom with 3 bath , loft area and double garage! This house will stand out amongst the rest. More photos to come!

Another garage build has been completed ! 20’x24’ detached shop with 3 piece bathroom 🚽/ 2x6 walls 10’ high ceiling / 8 inch reinforced concrete thickened edge with overhead roll up door for a cleaner look 👀 heated and insulated to stay toasty through winter ❄️ 100 amp panel with 240 volt connection for welding. A true man cave to store the motorcycles!

Second Hemlock Cabin completed! This corner lot was perfect for a ground level garage with large deck above and entry on upper driveway. Built like a tank this house is going to be keeping families toasty warm for decades!

Our first Hemlock Cabin is completed! My clients always wanted a vacation home to ski in and out for the winter weekends. The fresh air and mountain views are incredible! Very happy with the way the cabin turned out and hope to work with them again in the future ! :)
