The perfect balance of style and simplicity.

This boardroom is used for client meetings and after-hours events. We added the suspended slatted-wood ceiling system to this space with a few unique modifications. We ran it down the wall to the credenza and had it installed with an overlapping detail. The decorative pendant light was customized to span the length of the boardroom table.

This impressive stone feature wall makes a striking statment at Benchmark. The wall system had to be engineered to hold these huge slabs. The variation of depth, tone and texture add to the dynamic feeling.

Each floor has individual toilet rooms for staff and client use. We designed them to be dramatic, with the elegance and flair of a home powder room. Backlit mirrors, dark wall tiles and textured wallpaper combine to give these washrooms a unique, custom look.

From low-profile outlets and a decorative quartz shelf to an integrated warming drawer beneath the microwave, every feature was chosen for form and function.
