🎉 Leah will be back in the studio for regular summer classes this week, starting with Foundations on Tuesday morning, 9am! We will ease in gently after our summer break with lots of stretches and slower movements.... yay!

🌞 Join Leah for a yoga class in the park Friday August 28! We'll be gathering just before 9am beside the sheltered picnic area in Grand Drive Park (50th Ave - parking lot opposite the Legion).

🌲 Sign up online using your membership or drop-in & show up with your mat and a water bottle to welcome in the day (weather permitting)! Signing up for the class ahead of time will allow you to be notified via email if the class is cancelled due to inclement weather.
