I am very sorry to have to say this, but this company is very important to me. I've put countless of hardworking hours and I also care about each of our customers.

Let it be known that since April 2017 , Mr.Bell have been hiding the roof jobs from me, Hiding our past client list,etc. in the sole purpose of getting the money for himself only.

We opened this corporation in 2015, Role was simple; I am the worker with 10 years experiences, John role always was to BOOK and Meet with customers only since he has no construction experience whatsoever.

FROM 2015 to beginning of 2017 I personally trained a CREW for the purpose of making a 2nd crew , which we did; I started a siding crew in march while they were subcontracting our roofing job.

MR.BELL have been talking with lawyers since mid june, trying to rush me into a settlement to DISSOLVE the COMPANY. MEANING IF HE SUCCEED , EVERYONE WARRANTY WILL BE CANCELED.

I Personally ALWAYS will keep the same phone number no matter what, if jc roofing do end up closing I will still respect the warranty of everyone in 2015 and 2017 april time frame, and everyone after that period that will contact me.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE THAT HAD THEIR SIDING, ROOFS ETC DONE SINCE APRIL 2017 TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATLY.
JC ROOFING BANK ACCOUNT have been frozen for more than a month now therefore has not received any payment of any jobs done in that time frame, for warranty purpose it is very important, I myself have not seen any proof of payment nor workorder.

IF MR.BELL ASKED TO CHANGE THE CHEQUE NAME , DO NOT WAIT. CRA is gonna be involve very soon and Unfortunately even you are not aware of it and though it was ok, government see this as fraud from both parties.

IF PAID BY CASH I WILL NEED TO SEE MR.BELL SIGNATURE AND PAID NEXT TO IT ON THE INVOICE.

NO IM NOT BEING UNFAIR; I've been patient and waited months already. Having a stay home wife and baby, not getting any paycheque for months is far too much.
EVERYTHING I SAID IS THE VERY TRUTH; I can prove everything, expect a mail from john debating or defending himself.
