Larissa's Explore Yoga class offers a warm, supportive environment where you can improve balance, build lower body strength, replenish your energy, and broaden your yoga practice. Class is on Mondays at 11:30, and the session runs until June 24.

Good news! We don't discriminate based on size! While our plus-size classes are a safe place for women in larger bodies, they are also attended by people who wouldn't be conventionally considered "plus-sized."
Regardless of size, our Wednesday morning class (9:15 a.m.) is a terrific for
