PINK LADY ORIGIN SPOTLIGHT 🇨🇴
Great coffee doesn’t happen alone. Pink Lady comes from a group of smallholders producers in Nariño, Colombia. Each farmer ferments their coffee on-farm for 24 hours before delivering it to a communal solar drying facility.
125 days of stabilizing, a 24-hour mucilage fermentation and a thorough wash all promote a consistent, uniform regional profile and ultimately a clean and balanced cup 🙌
