Showroom Rejuvenation over the Long Weekend in this Electrical Wholesalers Customer Service/ Showroom area. They needed to be back open for business first thing Tuesday morning. The old coating had been dedeteriating over the past few years. For some reason the concrete below has been contaminated over the years from acidic cleaning solutions seeping through the failing areas.

Considering what condition this floor was in when we started it turned out pretty good.

Doing a little Grind & Seal In the Barrel Room at the Bridgeland Distillery. Nothing fancy for this Concrete Protective Coating as this room is only used for storage. They are a local company that makes some fine Whiskey, Brandy & Grappa! I couldn't resist picking up some of their already made Old Fashion Cocktail. Make sure to check them out yourself!

Nothing Fancy. Just a Quick Grind & Seal In This Future Showroom So That This Business Could Open Their Doors Sooner Than Later. The Concrete Was Prepped & A Special Blend of Acrylic & Urethane Was Installed.

Finished up this Floor at 2AM so the contractor could get the drywalling started in the morning. This is a semi-polished heated natural concrete floor that is durable & easy to clean. Hope they don't mess it up.

When a Polished Concrete Floor is Not in the Budget and Time is of the Essence for this New Startup Business, a Grind & Seal was chosen. No Hole or Crack Repair was done. We installed a Special High Wearing Blended Sealer of Acrylic & Urethane which will more than handle this High Pedestrian Traffic Floor.
