First, I want to apologize for being a little quiet and inactive lately, life has been beautifully busy as I welcomed my third baby into the world 💜

Taking this time to rest, heal, and soak in these precious newborn moments has reminded me even more just how important support, grace, and community truly are during motherhood.

To all the mothers today: the first-time moms, seasoned moms, expecting moms, grieving moms, single moms, stepmoms, and every mother figure in between, Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

As a Doula, I have the privilege of witnessing the raw strength, love, sacrifice, and beauty that motherhood holds every single day. And now, stepping into this season again myself, I’m reminded that mothers deserve to be cared for too.
