Meet Kayla — Head of Operations & Media

Kayla is the person behind the scenes (and often on your screen!) helping with everything from customer communication and quotes to marketing, social media, and making sure your experience with Active Smart Home is a great one.

With a background in business, customer service, and digital media, Kayla brings a creative and people-first approach to the team. As a single mama to one kiddo, she knows just how important it is to feel safe and comfortable in your home.

Meet Josh — Field Director

Josh is the hands-on expert behind the installations and field operations at Active Smart Home. From smart lighting to security systems, he brings the technical knowledge and experience needed to make sure every system is installed properly and works the way it should.

Dad to one kiddo, Josh spends most of his time in the field. You may notice Josh isn’t pictured here. We promise he’s real — he just prefers staying behind the camera and letting his work speak for itself. Apparently, getting him to pose for a photo is harder than installing a complete smart home system!

Meet Josh — IT Tech & Installer

Our second Josh helps keep the technology behind Active Smart Home running smoothly. From system setup and troubleshooting to networking and installations, he makes sure all the pieces work together the way they should.

Also a dad to three kiddos, he’s an important part of making sure our systems don’t just look good — they work.

You may notice Josh isn’t pictured here either. We promise he’s real too — apparently, neither Josh is interested in having their picture taken. 😂
