Hiring in 1996 looked very different than hiring today.

"What are your strengths?" It’s something we ask in almost every interview.

It's not a trick question. Interviewers aren't looking for a perfect prediction. They want to know you're self aware, confident and if your skillset matches the role.

The top mistake we see is a generic answer like “I’m really organized”. Give us examples of how this helps you at work.

For example, “One of my strengths is my organization skills. In my current role, I manage multiple deadlines and need to meet all project deadlines. I track the progress and milestones so that I stay on track to finalize the project”.

This shows that you are confident and prepared.
