Today marks 11 years at Forward Level for Jon, our Managing Partner.
He’s the kind of person who jumps into a problem without hesitation, keeping momentum high and bringing a steady energy to the team every day.
His curiosity shows up everywhere, especially in his love for cameras, tech, and software. If there’s a new idea to test or a better way to do something, chances are Jon’s already experimenting with it. This past year, that’s taken shape in a self-appointed challenge: building what he calls the world’s smallest, most effective photo/video setup.
Jon leads with thoughtfulness, a hands-on approach, and a genuine investment in every single person on the team.

Calling Mary an “administrative professional” doesn’t quite capture it. She’s the behind-the-scenes force who makes the complex look effortless—keeping the details in check, jumping in wherever needed, organizing our team moments, and somehow doing it all with energy, care, and fun.
She’s the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks, steps up without being asked, and makes the office feel a little more connected (and a lot more joyful). Whether she’s coordinating, problem-solving, modelling for a last-minute photo, or enthusiastically welcoming deliveries, Mary makes Forward Level better every single day.
Beyond everything she does, she’s simply an amazing human, and we’re lucky to have her.
