Corner sites are great for all types of homes, especially for this Contemporary style Duplex! By utilizing the lot, we were able to create separation and privacy between the 2 units, as well as develop a cohesive exterior and interior design.

We believe that key to a design and its successful ex*****on is an engaged, collaborative effort from initial meeting through house warming.
You have a vision of how you hope to use the spaces in the home that you wish to build. To achieve that vision we reflect it back to you in ways that you can provide feedback and say, ‘yeah, that’s it!’ or ‘I was expecting something a little different, could we change that space?’ or even ‘what were you thinking?!’.
Sometimes design concepts achieve your vision quickly, often it takes a few iterations, always, we work with you until we hit the 'yeah, that's it!' mark.
