Follow for more on Instagram I saw these plant-based Spicy Mexican Chipotle sausages Field Roast at Community Natural Foods and they looked so good and flavourful that I grabbed them not knowing what I will use them for. Ended up making a Taco Bowl and it was one of the best lunches I had this month.It had sweetness from the corn and sweet potatoes, spiciness from the sausages, tartness from the cherry tomatoes. I topped this some chipotle sauce and it was packed with so much flavour.

Chewgurt Yummy - Healthy, calcium, and protein filled yogurt drinks!

My first time trying rice yogurt drinks, I found these very light and not loaded with sugar! Because of which you actually taste the yogurt and fruit it’s packed with.
The space is very nicely done and that logo is so cute!

Ritage - The bold Mediterranean flavours, generous portions, extremely friendly service sum up this hidden gem!
I tried:
Shish Kofta Platter: Their platters come with a full size entre of salad and hummus - definitely a stellar deal. Their fattoush salad is on the sour side with spicy pita crisps on top- it’s truly a burst of flavours in your mouth.
Ritage Cheese Burger: The burger comes with deep fried cheese; need I say more? Delicious!
Batata Hara: If you like potatoes on the sour side, they’re for you.
Kunafa: My absolute favourite Mediterranean dessert and they knocked it out of the park-loved it.
The staff is super friendly and helps in choosing the right dish as per your taste.
Great place to enjoy middle eastern food with views of Calgary tower from their patio. And they’re open till 3am!!!!

Baked and never fried, these crackers come in flavours for everyone! I tried : Nacho Cheese, Sweet Chili and Smoky BBQ - all so so flavourful and crisp!
