Through the heartbeat rhythm of the drum, we’ll connect with ourselves and one another, with the land, Mother Earth and the elements—stepping away from the noise and remembering something of who we are and what truly matters.

Together, we’ll create a Despacho, a sacred prayer bundle, weaving our gratitude, prayers and intentions into an offering as we release what no longer serves us and call in what is aligned with our highest good.

Come as you are—with an open heart, something you’re ready to release, and something you’re ready to welcome in. ❤️

Join in community, let go of stress and boost your endorphins in this Restorative Rhythms Community Drumming Experience.

Connect with others in rhythmic drum beats, gentle movement and experience the relaxing grounding vibrations of our rhythm cradle. Allow the pulse to guide you in releasing stuck energies or e-motions, and improve overall wellness!

No drumming experience is required, and drums are provided.

For centuries,drumming has been known to reduce stress, open hearts, bring clarity of mind, soothe physical pain and bring you into the present moment.
.. the best thing is….you don’t need any musical experience....If you have a heartbeat, you can drum!

An Evening of Rhythm, Meditation & Sacred Despacho Ceremony

Join Kaura of Restorative Rhythms Drum Circle and Fiona of Rocky Mountain Harmonic Egg for an evening of rhythm, connection, reflection and ceremony.

We’ll begin with drumming to help us settle into the body, connect with one another and create space for joy, release and intention. No drumming experience is needed.

From there, Fiona will guide us inward through meditation, inviting reflection on:
What am I ready to let go of?
What am I ready to call in?

We’ll then create a traditional Andean Despacho prayer bundle, weaving together gratitude, prayers, release and intention before offering it to the Sacred Fire.

Rhythm opens the space.
Meditation brings awareness.
The Despacho holds the prayer.
The fire carries the intention.

Drumming can support relaxation, nervous-system regulation and emotional expression while creating something we often need more of...
JOY. FUN. CONNECTION.

Led by Kaura of Restorative Rhythms Drum Circle, we'll drum together, allowing rhythm to help us settle into the body, connect with one another and prepare to journey inward.
No drumming experience is necessary, and you are welcome to bring your own drum if you have one.

🌿 Then we journey inward...

From the drum circle, we will move into a guided meditation.
This is where we begin to listen.
What am I carrying that no longer serves me?�What am I ready to let go of?
And equally important...
What do I want to welcome in?
What am I ready to create?
From that place of awareness, we move into ceremony.

🔥 The Despacho

A Despacho is a traditional Andean prayer ceremony in which natural offerings are carefully placed together to create a sacred prayer bundle.
We will place into our Despacho what we are ready to let go of, alongside our gratitude, prayers and intentions for what we wish to call into our lives.

Our completed Despacho will then be offered to the Sacred Fire, where we symbolically let go of what has been and send our prayers and intentions forward.

Rhythm opens the space. Meditation brings awareness. The Despacho holds the prayer. The fire carries the intention.
