Basement design is always a challenge: bulkheads are my nemesis and are particularly annoying when they fall unevenly right over the vanity!

3/4” plywood from shelving we took apart at a job today. It’s from awhile ago based on the price. It’s $96 a sheet now.
Another joint project with Get It Together. 2lb spray foam being applied by Top Gun Spray Foam to the bathroom exterior walls in a renovation we are doing in Discovery SW.
