Getting music heard right now is harder than it’s ever been. Streaming numbers feel impossible to move, algorithms feel exhausted, and even Spotify has openly talked about “algorithm fatigue,” while their solution seems to lean further into automation and AI instead of actual human connection.

It can feel pretty bleak as an independent artist. Most platforms are built in ways that don’t really serve the people making the music, and a lot of them feel… straight up predatory. That’s the reality.

So when someone takes the time to add my track to a playlist, send the link to a friend, or even just listen all the way through, it genuinely means a lot more than you might think. Those actions are real. They’re human. They’re the part of this that still feels alive.

I don’t take any of it for granted. Thank you to everyone who supports in small ways, big ways, quiet ways. If you’ve shared it, saved it, added it to a playlist, played it out, listened all the way through, or even just sent a message saying you felt something, I feel that back.
