What makes a luxury custom builder different from every other builder?
Honestly, it comes down to a few things.
First: we say no. We build 8–10 homes per year because that's the number we can genuinely give our full attention to. When a new client joins us, they're not competing for our focus.
Second: we show our work. Real-time project updates. Milestone meetings. Direct access to our team throughout the build. No black boxes. No surprises.
Third: we don't disappear at move-in. We do formal home checks at 3, 6, and 12 months post-completion. Most builders consider the job done at possession. We consider it ongoing.
