Happy International Women's Day! Today, we celebrate the incredible women in our lives and recognize the many ways they contribute to every corner of society. This year's theme, "Give to Gain," highlights the importance of supporting women through mentorship, access to resources, and meaningful advocacy to move closer to gender equality.

At Pason, we marked the occasion by sharing beautiful flowers and sweet treats with Pasonites as a small gesture to celebrate and uplift the women in our community.

Murad joined Intelligent Wellhead Systems (IWS) back in 2016 as its first employee.

“At the time, IWS was a startup that relied on a third-party engineering firm for research and development. The company was looking to build an in-house engineering team and needed someone to help establish and lead that effort,” he shares.

Natali found her way to systems testing through a keen interest in big picture problem-solving. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine.

“It was a nice bonus to learn that bugs look exactly the same in any language!” she says.

Over the 2025 holiday season, our Pason Houston office proudly participated in the BEARing Gifts program, hosted by BEAR...BE A Resource.

BEAR is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk and Child Protective Services (CPS)-involved youth in the greater Houston area. Pasonites sponsored 15 children, and provided them with personalized gifts straight off their wish lists!

Growing up with a genuine curiosity for how things work, Eric has always loved tinkering with technology—taking gadgets apart and putting them back together (or at least trying to)! That early interest naturally evolved into a strong career in IT.
