It’s official…We are SOLD OUT!
This milestone feels especially meaningful when we look back at how the project began. We first met the original acreage owner five years ago. She was not ready to sell at the time, but she stayed in touch. Two years ago she made her move, and that moment allowed us to purchase the land and begin shaping a plan with the city.
About a year and a half ago the first shovel went into the ground. The original home was moved north, and the site opened up in front of us. Since then the vision has grown quickly. Four homes now stand out of the ground, and the remaining four are set to begin in the spring of 2026.
We are excited for the families who have chosen to build here and grateful to everyone who has been part of the process. Watching these homes take shape has been one of the most rewarding chapters for our team, and we cannot wait to see the community come to life.

Making An Entrance {Trevisto} Every time I turned the corner on street and this home came in to view, I could hear music playing in my ears. 🎵 I loved the mix of the textures used on this home. The light stucco, the natural castle stone, the wood beams, and cedar soffits. One feature that was important to us when designing this home was to create an entry with views of the main living level and the walkout level at the same time. We obtained this by creating a foyer on the bilevel. It’s amazing feature inside and out.

Butlers Pantry {Trevisto} We designed an incredible kitchen and it needed a Butler’s pantry just as beautiful. This is such a great space where all your small appliances can go and be used, pantry storage, and to make your morning coffee with the . Highly functional with a beverage fridge, closed and open storage and even secondary dishwasher. We love all the natural light that pours in too.

Details {Trevisto} We used polished nickel in select spaces within this home. The kitchen and primary bath were elevated by the warmth that polished nickel has. Everything just looked 😍. has a gorgeous selection of polished nickel to choose from. The combination of the polish look and the knurled handles is perfection!

Dining {Trevisto} A great dining space is sometimes overlooked. This is the “formal” dining room of the Trevisto. It’s not a stuffy room only suited for a fancy dinner party though it can certainly host the fanciest of dinner parties. Instead it’s a warm space that is the perfect setting for a beautiful gathering of family and friends. It offers seating for 10-12, great views, room for serving dishes, offers an intimate setting but isn’t cut off of beautiful main floor.

Islands {Trevisto} Can an island be too big? NO! Especially with details like this. I 💕 the unique waterfall with cutaway. And the lights that hang above had to be just so. This beauty is over 14’ and fits the space perfectly! Just needs a charcuterie board, a few glasses of 🍷 and some great friends and family gathered around it 💯
