What happened on May 9 was special.
No phones in the air every second. No standing around trying to look cool. Just a packed dancefloor moving from the first hours until the lights came on.

People came early. Stayed until the end. Danced with intention. Exactly how it should be.

Huge thank you to all the DJs who delivered pure energy all night, to the production team for making the room feel alive, and to for opening the doors to this experience.

But the biggest thank you goes to every single person that understood the mission:
the dancefloor is for dancing.

Shh is a collective of curators dedicated to creating raw and authentic events. On May 17th we cut the hype, cut the filler and showcase a mystery line up.

Be one. in front of the silhouette. Shift your focus from the dj to the sound and movement of the room. Within this event you will find yourself being immersed in a more intimate experience of techno music with a veil of production blurring the lines between the dj and the crowd.

This is a no photos event. Phone cameras will be stickered at the door. Engage and move freely in the moment.

DJ Hannah is a selector, event producer and music enjoyer based out of “Calgary”/Mohkinstsis. Shaped by a lifelong obsession with the discothèque, she is known for her deep-reaching, multi-genre sensibility and steady control behind the decks. Blending left-of-centre selections with ease, she builds sets that feel story-driven and hypnotic. Since her club debut in 2017, she’s become a mainstay in Western Canada’s electronic music scene, with a presence that stretches from club residencies to major festival stages (like Bass Coast and Shambhala). Whether she’s curating events at Calgary’s Common/UNDRGRD, slinging records at Edmonton’s Mimi Bar or hosting her CJSW radio show, Neon Window, Hannah creates sonic experiences that are both intimate and expansive.

He understands music as an analogy of life itself — movement, tension, release, and connection. Drawn to techno that hits hard, dry, and full of groove, his sound avoids unnecessary noise or overcrowded arrangements, focusing instead on simplicity, control, and atmosphere.
Passionate about finding minimal yet powerful sounds that can blend naturally with one or two more tracks, he treats mixing as a space where creativity happens in real time. Influenced by the rhythm and techniques of house music, he brings personality, swing, and fluidity into faster techno structures, creating sets that feel dynamic, hypnotic, and deeply intentional.
A selector focused on groove above everything else.

David Kel is a Calgary-based DJ focused on the darker side of techno. His sound moves between raw techno, acid, hardgroove and hypnotic rhythms — built for intimate rooms, heavy atmospheres and long nights.

Through every set, he pushes a vision centered on underground culture over trends, where music, sound design and energy come before attention or hype. As part of Leben Collective, his goal is not only to make people dance, but to help build a stronger techno identity in Western Canada.

SVG & Scangelous are two underground forces bridging scenes between Chile and Canada. SVG is the founder of Calenton and a key player in the perreo scene, while Scangelous is the creator of CYB3R CLUB, known for late-night pop-ups. Together, they co-founded LIN # # #, a community-driven collective supporting creatives across all niches. Now returning to Canada, they debut their first B2B set.

Ellara is an up and coming DJ bringing deep, euro sound to our city. This sound has us freely become lost in the dark, immersive atmosphere. Enjoy the psychedelic, minimal, introspective energy & become the wave. Xx
