Our very busy community centre - The Barbara Mitchell Family Resource Centre - will be closed for a few days over the holidays - Thursday, December 25 along with Friday, December 26 and then Thursday, January 1st, 2026 as well.

We remember the thousands who have fought for our freedom in Canada and say thank you to each who have served and are serving.

The Barbara Mitchell Family Resource Centre will be closed Monday, November 11, 2024 in honour of Remembrance Day.

We will re-open on Tuesday, November 12th at 8AM.

Thank you for your patience as we build hope!

We are excited to have renovation work happening on our property that will turn two existing buildings into much-needed transitional housing spaces for women. This work is separate from the main building and disruptions should be limited but if you have questions or concerns, please talk to our reception staff.

We will be closed Monday, October 14th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
