⬆️ curb appeal for this home!

1. Cut down a home-wrecker triple-trunk tree which was at risk of failing on the house! Tree roots were also busting up the driveway and garage foundation wall!!! It had to go!

2. Extended the front entrance door 5’-0” to be flush with the rest of the facade, providing a larger foyer on the inside.

3. Added a multi-level deck, stairway, and integrated planters.

4. New sod (grass) and custom pavers to provide a walkway up the side of narrow driveway.

This tiny kitchen had SO much potential! After an asbestos abatement, knocking down a few walls, we opened it up to create a very large a functional space!

1976 original basement rec room. This one takes the cake forever most dramatic transformation.

The basement flooring was repurposed from the upper level!
Also, there was asbestos in the stippled ceiling so bead board was used as a creative detail to cover the areas where the wet bar was removed. This way, no repairs had to be make to the areas with asbestos.
