The MOST challenging journey of my career — what began in 2021 finally concludes in 2026!

After a large deposit was taken, we discovered the builder lacked both the means and intent to complete the home.

I even pleaded to the builder to have it finished for the family on COMPASSIONATE grounds as the family spent 5 long years moving from rental to rental waiting for their dream to come true.

In the end, it came down to DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT! I reached out to every expert and department I could, sent hundreds of emails to lawyers — and at last,

JUSTICE PREVAILED!

It was an emotional roller coaster that lasted five years, but the lessons and wisdom gained will stay with me forever and serve many many more clients.
