Datum Homes

Excellent work don’t happen on their own. It happens because people show up, work together, and care.

The people behind Datum🖤

The right materials are just the beginning. It’s about knowing what works together and how to bring it all to life.
That’s the beauty of having our design team in-house.

The patio is starting to take shape. The framing is in, the roof structure is coming together, and we’re getting a much clearer picture of what this beautiful outdoor space is going to look like.

Follow along as we take it from framing to finished.

The finished home gets the attention, but the in-between is where the work happens

Not for the sake of having more photos, but because there’s a lot happening behind every home we build, and every stage matters.

We document the progress, the details, the little updates, and everything happening on site. It keeps the team in the loop, but it also means our clients can see what’s happening with their home along the way even when they’re not on site.

Not simply building a home for you. We’re building it with you, alongside our clients, designers, trades, and everyone who brings their expertise to the table.

Working through the details, making thoughtful decisions, and bringing all the pieces together.

Because exceptional homes are built together.

A few weeks ago, this was all open framing. Now drywall is going in, and you can finally start getting a real sense of what the house will feel like.

There’s a lot happening between these two stages that you’ll never see once the walls are closed up, which is exactly why it’s important to get it right before moving forward.

We take our time where it matters and make sure every stage is done properly before the next one begins. That’s how we build.
