Renovations and maintenance worker

We are looking for a motivated renovations and maintenance worker to join our team to work at our Grier Place and Falconridge properties.

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in renovations and preventative maintenance.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and help to close renovations in a timely and efficient manner.
Customer service skills must be impeccable.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Keep job site clean and organized.
Must have knowledge of hand tools.
Able to follow and execute direction from the property manager.

Tasks include but not limited to:
o Minor plumbing
o Appliance installation
o Flooring removal and installation
o Baseboard and trim removal and installation
o Wall patching and painting

Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24-$26.00 per hour

General Labourer Needed – Calgary NE (Falconridge Gardens & Grier Place Areas)

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist with property maintenance and renovation projects in the Falconridge Gardens and Grier Place properties.

Duties include:
• Removing garbage and unwanted furniture
• Removing fixtures and materials during renovations
• Landscaping and property clean-up
• Weeding, raking, and mowing grass
• Preparing units for renovation work
• Renovation clean-up and debris removal
• Heavy lifting as required
• Other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy items
• Reliable transportation is an asset
• Previous labour, maintenance, landscaping, or renovation experience is an asset but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
