This session is designed to help individuals level up their tequila knowledge with a deep dive into how production methods and additives influence aroma, flavour, and mouthfeel. Through guided blind tastings, participants learn how to evaluate tequila and understand the difference that craftsmanship makes.
The training will be led by Mike Norbury who is the Patron Brand Ambassador for Western Canada. The training offers an incredible opportunity for bartenders and all staff to expand their liquid expertise and sharpen their palate.
