Important Update Regarding Lakeview Bakery

To Our Community, Customers, and Staff
This week, my wife and I made the very difficult decision to close Lakeview Bakery, effective immediately, due to serious operational and financial concerns that came to light.
We understand the frustration, disappointment, and anger many of you are feeling - especially those with outstanding orders and the staff who have been directly impacted. Your voice has been heard, and we are deeply sorry for the uncertainty and distress this situation has caused.
Over the past several weeks, we have become aware of significant issues within the bakery’s.
While we are limited in what we can publicly share during this process, please know this:
We are committed to reviewing all outstanding customer orders and payments.
We are working to determine appropriate next steps to ensure customers are not left unsupported.
We take the concerns raised by former staff seriously and are reviewing those matters carefully.
As owners, we accept responsibility for not being more directly involved in the day-to-day operations at Lakeview Bakery. That is something we regret deeply. We should have been more present, and we acknowledge that.
This situation does not reflect the standards or values we hold for our businesses or our community relationships. We are committed to learning from this and taking the necessary steps to correct what we can.
We ask for patience as we work through this properly and responsibly. Updates will be provided as soon as we are able.
