Springbank Pet Resort

Planning your first day? Read this post 📖

✅ Before you come in make sure you’ve got everything filled out online with our NEW PET FORM and submit your up to date vaccines - we accept puppies starting at 16 weeks after they have had all 3 (sometimes they need 4) sets of puppy vaccinations 💉

✅ We always recommend a visit for daycare before a boarding stay - that’s why your First day of daycare is FREE 💰

✅ PLAN your first day: groups start in the AM at 9:30 🕤 so try to get here before then, we like your new dogs to have a chance to get into the play group and have a bit of time to get settled before it starts. In the afternoon playgroup starts at 1:30 if you prefer to just start with a half day. REMEMBER *we are closed daily for lunch 12:30-1:30*

✅ avoid booking a bath or nail trim on their first visit - we want them to have stress-free fun the first time 🫶

✅ we will always try our best to assess each dog and place them in the appropriate size group for their energy. Some dogs need a slower introduction than others; trust us if we decide to take it slow - we want to let them build up confidence before putting them into group. We want to set them up for success and make sure they have a great first day 🥰

✅ if your growing puppy usually eats a lunch, please pack it for them - but you do not need to pack a lunch for most adult dogs. Obesity is a concern for many of our pets and so many of us show our love with food … even if they might not need it 😘 Chat with your vet about your pets ideal weight because we aren’t here to fat shame, but you don’t need to pack lunch if they don’t eat lunch at home.

The best part? Your FIRST DAY IS FREE and we have lots of friends here who are so excited to play! 🫶
