Crazy to think it’s been a year since Kim Jurlina began leading The b. class® in Calgary 🤯

She was truly thrown in the deep end a year ago and showed up so incredibly well for this community! I am so grateful to be leading along side her - especially since her admin skill are a lifesaver 🙌

Her classes have brought in a ton of new faces, but also are a welcoming place for those that have been doing The b. class® for years - her classes are fun, upbeat, and challenging 🔥

We’re thrilled to welcome Kim to The b. class® team! 🌟 Kim has been an amazing participant for over 7 years, and she's finally taken the leap to start leading! 🙌

She will be leading with us every other Tuesday - STARTING TONIGHT - and on the occasional Sunday! 🗓️✨

Fall team building with Girl be You❤️

This was one of my favourite classes of the fall session for Girl Be You - Calgary. The girls came up
with 3 thankfuls, wrote them out, decorated their little “babies”. They were given a task to say aloud their Thankfuls each night until Thanksgiving- practising gratitude, and affirmations.

This is also when the girls start to come to class with ease, let loose, really start to SING, and still have fantastic listening skills 😜 Love these little ladies and building up strong women for our future.
