It’s not time to count out summer yet…enjoy these weeks, soon enough it will be whisky season….

Got my hands on our special edition by - one of the most beautiful pieces on my whisky bar. Let me know if you’ve found one - and did you spot the dipping dog? Or our Green Lady?

I can make exactly 3 cocktails. I don’t think I’m particularly good at any of them. One of them is a Manhattan. I’m grateful for good whisky to help me out. Highly recommend a Glenfiddich 15 for this.

One Speyside Spritz coming up!

I sometimes dream about the Gold Bar dessert at .toronto - it’s their take on key lime pie. Pair it with Glenfiddich 21 - our Gran Reserva, Rum cask finish and you can thank me later!

Summer is here….I am ready for patios, backyards, picnics, and slow weekends. What’s your go-to scotch cocktail for the summer? 🌻🍉🕶️

leave it in the comments or DM me and I’ll make it and give you my review.

I love to look back at some drams I’ve loved over the years.

The Balvenie Single Barrel 12 is one of those. Spicy, sweet and bold. Bottled at a higher strength, it really shows what the distillery is capable of.

What are your dreamy drams?

Cheers to another Grand Prix weekend. Throwback to a wee toast in Montreal a couple weeks ago.

Skillfully Crafted. Enjoy Responsibly. Never Drink and Drive.

Just back from a whirlwind weekend at Formula 1 Grand Prix - celebrating our partnership with Aston Martin Formula 1. We dined, we drammed, we got to chat with the team - and we took in all the sights and sounds of this sport.

Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate with us!
