Come to our spice blend workshop and learn how to make your favourite blends at a fraction of the cost. You will not only go home with blend samples but you will also go home with burgers to cook later. You choose the time you would like to come. Workshops are in NW Calgary. Too busy? Does your mind freeze when it comes time to make a meal? I have a solution for you - join my monthly meal prep. Each session offers the opportunity to prepare 5 entrees for the week: 4 with meat and 1 vegetarian. You would be able to select the number of serving sizes to reflect the size of your family (in multiples of 1, 2, or 4).

I do all the shopping, provide the necessary equipment and you go home with with fresh entrees (that you can either put in the fridge or freezer) and the peace of mind of not having to think about what to make.
