I’m a believer in always adding a bb row to build density and thickness for the back. There’s no way around it. Lifting hard and heavy on bb rows will set you apart from the rest

Latest back workout. I was impressed with the Watson row, felt better than using a standard chest supported row because of the free motion of the handles. I did enjoy the lat row machine until this buffoon strolled by. Hahahaha
