Yeah I do love birch trees! 😊
And you’ll find them often in my art. As well as birch mosaics and painted birch wine glasses, I’ve made some tree ornaments. I used real birch(found on the ground!) and and a few upcycled jewelry bits on wood.

Visit our booth at Caledon Day tomorrow, starting at 2:00pm. There will be information about upcoming summer programs, and a free pastel activity for children. Our drawing and painting instructor, Tad Majewski, painted this rain barrel for Eco Caledon's auction, and it's available for online bidding at: http://trca.on.ca/rainbarrelcontest/
The barrel is on display at Foodland in Caledon East, and you can see it at Caledon Day on Saturday, June 15th.

At our May 11th printmaking workshop, 4-6 year old will make their very own stamp by etching shapes and patterns into a styrofoam base. They will create colourful prints, including a Mother's Day card! caledonarts.org
