Presenting - Marjorie and Millicent!
These two lovely ladies came from an over crowded house in North Bay and we thought they might both be pregnant - but only mama Marjorie actually was. Her two babies were born May 31st, so she is still nursing and will not be ready for spaying and to go to a new home until mid-August but we are accepting applications in advance.
Marjorie and Millicent are lovely sisters, about 1.5 years young. They are super sweet and very good with humans and other cats alike.
It would be wonderful if they could be adopted together, but we will consider separating them.
Their new home must have at least another kitty friend

Presenting - Silver!
Beautiful Silver came to us as nursing mama. Found homeless with her babies, she moved in when they were only a few days old.
Now that her babies are grown and adopted, she is looking for a warm safe place to lay her paws too.
Silver will need a very special adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to blossom
She has NEVER shown any signs of aggression or protectiveness, even when her babies were small.
She is still learning to trust and will come up to her foster for head scratches once in awhile. But she is hyper aware of sounds and afraid of anything new.
You can’t run over and pick her up - but she will come to you if she trusts you and she’s in the right mood.
She needs someone who has patience and time to spend with her.
Her ideal home would be a quiet and calm place with one or two humans who are home a lot of the time.
She has great potential to blossom into a sweet, loving and gentle companion

How is it possibly August already???

Just an update on how your donations have helped cats this summer.
Remember the handsome Dexter who was on our ticket last month? He is in a fabulous home!
We still have lots of cats in foster that are looking for their happy endings -including 4 other boys and 2 girls that came from that same overcrowded house - and they are all equally sweet and charming...
The two Baby kittens were adopted just this morning Yay!
And Little Bean with her broken leg is healing up so well!
We have some amazing vets who give us reduce rates on their services and we are extremely grateful. Vetting costs money, good quality food costs money and everything is so expensive these days.
If you can Adopt - THANK YOU!
If you can Foster - THANK YOU!
If you can buy a ticket(s) - THANK YOU!
If you can't support in any of those ways, we would still really appreciate if you would SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!
Compassion For Paws is foster based, in homes just like yours across southern Ontario. A small but highly effective network of volunteers. Because we have no paid staff EVERY dollar goes directly to quality care.
Thank YOU for your support – it truly means the world to us - and to them!

Introducing Edward and Oscar!
These boys are also from the North Bay house, and just as sweet as their brothers...
These boys came from a home with too many cats. They are good with other cats and they love people - but they are very bonded. They share food, toys and usually sleep snuggled on top of one another in a big, squishy orange puddle.
DOB ~May 24/24 they are of course neutered and vaccinated.
Normal adoption fee is $325 per cat - but they can be adopted for $600 for the pair to a great home that wants to keep them together
