Back in March we switched to Telus for phone and internet. when we subscribed we were told that a wifi access point was included, well we get the first bill and they are charging for it. we have spent over a week trying to resolve this to get it removed only to be told it is included in the contract and they will be charging a termination charge...for what something we were told was included???? now your probably wondering why the big deal over a wifi access point....well the big deal is I sell and service them why the hell would I subscribe to a service that I sell.
Mpcomputers is looking for an oncall technician for the months mid March till May, this can be leading to full time..

Why do backups? How valuable is your data? Your Pictures, Documents, any created diagrams. So even though I am an existing customer of telus they are still insisting to renew my contract with them that I have to pay another connection fee of $60 per line...wow, well if I have to pay the connection fee will go somewhere else....and they said ok
