Some new little babies added to the homestead!

Garden and greenhouse are both planted! Just a few garden boxes and some stuff in the berry patch to do and flowers! Big thanks to the hubs for tilling the garden and planting the potatoes, along with my mom and aunt for helping with the rest along side. Can't wait for this year's harvest!

Made some gouda over the weekend! Just curing it then in a day or two it'll be ready for the age cave!

Been quiet over here, enjoying the spring air! We have started our sourdough journey! Garlic has all come up! And got some plants moved out to the greenhouse!

Little bit of a baking day today

Had quite a few pet losses this last 2 weeks. Been out of the zone in that aspect. But today we are making cheese. This is a honey dill havarti... interested to see if the honey part will come through any! Hubs is doing the midnight step so I can catch up on sleep. Last pic is just of the littlest one with one of the puppers... not one of the losses

Guess what's going on today!

Sorry the being so absent.. no internet ATM and data/service out here is less than great. Anyways! Made some hotdogs buns and they were tasty!
