Chief Tammy Cook-Searson, where does one even begin to encompass everything that makes you special and admirable? I am filled with such gratitude and respect for you as I reflect on the profound impact you've had on my life as a mentor & friend, and I feel truly blessed to have had the privilege of serving alongside you for over 13 incredible years.

Your support, visionary leadership, integrity, expert guidance, unrelenting strength, uncompromising honesty, calm and constant nature, and, above all, your trust, have been a constant source of inspiration and empowerment. I am so proud of you, and I celebrate the remarkable legacy you've built and will leave; I have no doubt that your courageous decision will pave the way for even more accomplishments.
