👋 Meet Manvir, our Physiotherapist!

Manvir graduated with his BSc in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley before completing his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. He holds an Orthopaedic Division Level 1 certification and serves as a committee member of Sport Physiotherapy Canada (BC Division). During his studies, he received the Student Merit Award from Sport Physiotherapy Canada.

Born and raised in Abbotsford, Manvir developed a passion for human anatomy, exercise, and rehabilitation through personal sports injuries. His athletic background includes jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, soccer, and more, shaping his approach to physiotherapy. Manvir has experience treating diverse patient populations and providing care at high-level sports events such as the World Taekwondo Canada Open, Canadian Wrestling Championships, and professional MMA/boxing competitions.

His treatment philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating patient education, manual therapy, biomechanics, and functional exercise to promote lasting recovery. Outside of work, Manvir enjoys quality time with his family and weightlifting, hiking, golfing, swimming, and tennis.

We are excited to have Dr. Upash Gill join our team starting September! He is currently accepting new patients. Please call our office or book online to see Dr. Gill.

Dr. Upash Gill completed his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2026. His passion for chiropractic stems from a fascination with the complexity of the human body and a desire to understand the unique factors that influence each person’s function and overall well-being.

He provides evidence-informed, patient-centred care that combines diversified spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and individualized exercise prescription to reduce pain and support long-term health. His goal is to help patients restore function, regain independence, and develop the knowledge and confidence to manage their health beyond the clinic.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Gill enjoys staying active through strength training and playing community soccer. He values maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.

Supporting Our Community: Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Care for BC Wildfire Evacuees

At Altus Integrated Health, our hearts go out to everyone displaced by the active BC wildfires. To support those who have had to temporarily relocate to the Abbotsford area, our team has created a dedicated Evacuee Support Program.

We know this is an incredibly stressful time, and dealing with physical pain or injury shouldn’t add to the burden of displacement.

How to access care:
If you or someone you know has been evacuated and needs chiropractic or physiotherapy support, please call our front desk at (604) 853-3212 and mention our Evacuee Support Program. Our team will gently walk you through how our clinic can support you during this difficult time and help you get scheduled.

Please note: To ensure this program reaches those most directly affected by the crisis, patients will be asked to verify a primary address within an active evacuation order or alert zone when booking.

As a multidisciplinary clinic, our team is committed to providing comprehensive care—from injury prevention and rehabilitation to optimizing performance—so athletes can continue doing what they love with confidence.

We are truly honoured to have been invited by Kultar Gill, owner of Mamba Martial Arts Academy, to visit the club tonight and introduce our team to the coaches and athletes. We’re grateful for the opportunity to build this partnership and support such a dedicated and hardworking martial arts community.
