Led by Ulysses Owens Jr., the band dives into improvisation, Afro-Latin grooves, montuno breakdowns, and fantastic solos while breaking down the creative process behind their upcoming album Kind of Grunge: a jazz tribute to the Seattle sound inspired by Miles Davis’ Kind of Blue.
