WE’RE HIRING – RESERVATIONS & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Full-Time | Cayo District
Office & field-based, with the possibility of working remotely at times

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized and proactive person to join our vacation rental management team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage reservations through property management software (PMS) and oversee all OTA channels
- Handle guest communication before, during and after their stay
- Coordinate check-ins, tours, activities and guest requests
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Manage staff schedules and communicate last-minute changes
- Conduct property checks and follow up on operational issues
- Assist with the day-to-day logistics and operations of multiple vacation rental properties

Requirements:

- Bilingual English & Spanish – required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Good knowledge of Excel & Word
- Experience with reservation/property management software is an advantage
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Comfortable coordinating with staff
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when necessary
- Strong professional recommendations/references required
- Having your own transportation is an advantage
