20lbs down in 4 months: 😮⬇️⬇️⬇️

“ has completely transformed me. When I started, I weighed 172 lbs, and over the past 6 months I’ve lost 20 pounds — but the change is so much deeper than the scale. gave me discipline, confidence, and a stronger mindset. The community, the energy, and .quan guidance kept me accountable even on the days I wanted to give up. This journey has reshaped my body, my routine, and my attitude toward health. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s still ahead.“

We believe a box should be more than a place to train; it should be a community that protects and empowers its own. With the rise in targeted violence against women in Belize, we felt the responsibility to do more, so we partnered with Coach to introduce a self-defense session for our athletes, giving them skills that can protect, empower, and build confidence beyond the gym!
