This notice is to inform all eligible beneficiaries who have been accessing Educare Skill for free through the subsidized support of the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development (DCDD), Ministry of Home Affairs. Please be advised that starting from 17th February 2026, free access to Educare Skill will be unavailable until further notice.

𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: In alignment with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on 2nd August 2024, Educare Skill and the DCDD partnered to promote Dzongkha, our national language, by making it accessible through digital platforms. For the past 17 months, this partnership has provided free access to children aged 3 and above, children enrolled in ECCD centers, and students in Classes PP–VI (both private and public) residing within Bhutan.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀: While the subsidized support to access Educare Skill for free is not available from 17th February 2026 onwards until further notice, we remain committed to supporting your Dzongkha learning journey. We encourage users to explore our affordable membership plans to continue their Dzongkha exam preparations, learning and enhancing your overall Dzongkha competencies with over 1,000 engaging, entertaining, and curriculum-aligned episodes.

We are also excited to announce that the Educare Skill website and mobile app have been upgraded. The platform is now more user-friendly and features intuitive navigation to help you find content more easily.
