During our medical missions, we surgically correct physical lower-extremity deformities to give patients a new chance at life. Our team assesses and treats patients as well as provides training to local medical teams and medical students.

The dental team continued with lectures, screening, and periodontal surgeries as part of this year's medical mission.

The Bhutan dentists were grateful for the training. They thought Dr. Kao was straightforward and empathetic in his teaching approach. On the side, one of them asked me why we weren't staying for at least one month!

Day 5 in Bhutan: Wrapping Up and Evaluating Our Medical Mission We finished the surgeries we scheduled. Long days with super spicy food and chai. The surgical and teams grew closer as we we collaborated.
