The Annual Picnic for Karma Group units - Karma Steel & Wood Industry and Karma Feeds - was successfully held at Pachu, Phuentsholing, bringing together staff members for a day of camaraderie, joy, and team bonding.

The event was graced by our esteemed guests: Managing Director Mr. Karma Dorjee, Karma Steel Director Ms. Kunzang Choden, and Purchase Director Mr. Jigme Tenzin. The program commenced with a welcome address by the Managing Director, followed by a graceful welcome dance presented by our female staff.

On this special occasion, the Managing Director also presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Dhendup Drukpa, in recognition of his dedicated service and valuable contributions to Karma Feeds as GM – Finance, as he approaches his well-deserved retirement.

Fun-filled games with cash prizes added excitement to the day, and the picnic concluded smoothly and joyfully with Tashi Lebey, making it a truly memorable gathering for the Karma Group family.

Karma Feeds proudly hosted the 14th Annual Agents Consultative Meet 2025 on 6th December 2025 at the RRCO Conference Hall, Phuentsholing, under the theme “Partnering in Growth.” The event brought together our valued agents from across the country for a day filled with meaningful discussion, sharing, and appreciation.

The meeting reflected on our achievements over the past year and strengthened our shared commitment to providing quality feed and reliable service to farmers across the nation. Management from Karma Group shared insights on upcoming goals, new initiatives, and the overall direction for 2026 and beyond.

Our agents were also briefed on the GST implementation planned for 2026, proper book keeping and filing procedures, as well as other BIT and PIT tax reforms by the tax consultant. These sessions were aimed at helping our partners stay informed and prepared for future changes.

One of the most special moments of the event was the recognition of the Top 7 National Feed Sales achievers, along with Dzongkhag-wise top performing agents and monthly progressive sales incentive winners. Certificates and cash prizes were awarded in appreciation of their dedication and outstanding performance. Their hard work on the ground continues to strengthen the Karma Feeds brand and supports farmers with better service. During the networking dinner, lucky dip gift hampers with a variety of items were also awarded to our agents.
